But now this teaser has been postponed. The reason for this is the mourning across the country after the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The producers have informed about this decision through a social media post.
The teaser of Sikandar was to be released on 27 December at 11:07 am, but a post was shared from the official Instagram handle of Nadiadwala Grandsons, in which the postponement of this teaser was announced. The post read, "We are saddened by the demise of respected former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh ji. With great regret we are informing that the teaser of the film Sikandar has been postponed." The makers further said, "This teaser will now be released on December 28 at 11:07 am. Our condolences are with the nation in this hour of grief. We hope you will understand our situation. Thank you."
The responsibility of directing this film is on the famous director of South Film Industry AR Murugadoss and the producer is Sajid Nadiadwala. Sikandar the film will be released on the big screen on the occasion of Eid next year. Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal will also be seen in the lead role along with Salman Khan in this film. This film is going to be released on a pan India level, and tremendous action will be seen in it.
