The case of stampede in Sandhya Theater related to South Indian actor Allu Arjun has now taken a new turn. Now the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has added a new twist to this case.
According to reports, the National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to the DGP of Telangana and Hyderabad Police Commissioner asking them to submit a detailed action report (ATR) in the case of stampede in Sandhya 70 mm theater within 4 weeks. This notice has been issued after the complaint filed by lawyer Rama Rao Imani. It is alleged that the police had lathicharged in this case. On this, ATR has been sought on the lathicharge done by the police, which happened during the stampede on December 4.
In this Sandhya Theater case related to Allu Arjun, the actor also put forth his point by holding a press conference. Currently Allu Arjun is out on bail after spending a night in jail in this case. He was also questioned in this case. On December 4, a woman died and her son was seriously injured in a stampede during the screening of 'Pushpa 2' in Hyderabad. The controversy escalated further after the vandalism at his house and his arrest on December 13. Now the Hyderabad Police has issued summons to him again, which has also led to a political controversy.
There are new twists and turns in this whole case and the police action, the actor's arrest and subsequent developments have made it even more complicated. Now it remains to be seen what results the action report sought by the NHRC brings.
