Actor Sonu Sood is known more for his personal life than his professional life. He is known as the "messiah of the poor" because he is always ready to help the needy. Apart from this, Sonu Sood is also recognized for the various characters he has played in his film career. In the 2010 film Dabangg, he played the villain Chedi Singh, which became very popular among the audience. However, he was not seen in Dabangg 2. Now, in this matter, the actor himself has revealed why he did not work in Dabangg 2.
In a recent interview, Sonu Sood said that he was not interested in the character played in Dabangg 2, due to which he turned down the role. Talking to "Humans of Bombay", Sonu said that Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan had again approached him to play the role of Chedi Singh's brother. But Sonu said, "When a role doesn't seem right, it should be refused immediately. I was not able to understand this role, and I found it less impressive than the previous film." He further said that Salman and Arbaaz understood his point and replied, "Koi Baat Nahi, Koi Baat Nahi." Sonu also said that he has a deep friendship with Salman and when Dabangg 2 was released, Salman invited him to the premiere of the film.
Let us tell you that both Dabangg and Dabangg 2 made a splash at the box office, but Dabangg 3 did not get as much love. Talking about the work front, Sonu Sood will soon be seen in his film Fateh, which is his first film, in which he is working not only as an actor but also as a director and producer. The audience is very excited about this film.
