Recently, actor Allu Arjun of the film Pushpa 2 is in the headlines due to an accident, due to which he has to visit the police station and the court. New information related to this case has come to light.
Earlier, Allu Arjun was granted regular bail by a city court on January 3. As per the court's instructions, the actor will have to appear before the investigating officer every Sunday between 10 am and 1 pm. This process will continue for the next two months or till the chargesheet is filed.
Apart from this, according to media reports, the court has also ordered that Allu Arjun cannot change his residential address without informing the court and he is not allowed to leave the country without prior permission. All these conditions will remain in force until the matter is resolved.The incident took place on 4 December 2024, when fans of actor Allu Arjun gathered to see the actor during the premiere show of Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. A stampede broke out in the crowd, in which a 35-year-old woman died and her eight-year-old son was injured.
Following the incident, a case was filed against Allu Arjun, his security team and the theatre management at the Chikkadpally police station. Charges were filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on the complaint of the woman's family. Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13, but on December 14, the Telangana High Court granted him interim bail, which will remain valid till January 10. Investigations are ongoing against Allu Arjun and his team in this entire case, and they are currently going through several legal proceedings.
