According to the Free Press Journal report, Mumbai Police submitted an 'A' summary report in the Bombay High Court on December 17, 2024, stating that no concrete evidence has been found against Shweta Tiwari. 'A' summary report is submitted when the case is legally correct, but it cannot be proved due to lack of sufficient evidence.

Let us tell you that Abhinav Kohli had accused Shweta Tiwari of signing a fake NOC to obtain a UK visa for her son Reyansh. Abhinav also claimed that he had contacted the UK Embassy and got the visa cancelled. Now Shweta Tiwari has got relief from this matter. Shweta and Abhinav Kohli got married in 2013, but they got divorced in 2019. Since then, Shweta has raised both her children alone.
