Diljit Dosanjh's 'Dil-Luminati' tour has entertained audiences in India and around the world. Now, the singer and actor is in the news for his upcoming film 'Punjab 95'. On Wednesday, Diljit shared some cute pictures from his film on Instagram, through which he gave a glimpse of his character to the audience.

Along with these pictures, Diljit also announced the release date of the film's teaser. The actor said that the teaser of 'Punjab 95' will be released on January 17. The film is based on the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra. The film took more than a year to get approval from the censor board.

In one of the pictures shared by Diljit, he is seen sitting behind bars as Jaswant Singh Khalra and spending a moment of peace. In the second picture, he is seen flipping through a newspaper, in which he is looking at a cremation, which reflects the serious theme of the film.

Earlier, Diljit had shared another picture about 'Punjab 95', in which he wrote, 'I challenge the darkness', which highlights the powerful story of Khalra's struggle for justice.
