Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was injured in a horrific attack at his residence in Bandra at 2 am on Thursday, January 16. The miscreants who entered with the intention of theft attacked him with a knife, causing serious injuries to him. Saif has suffered a 10 cm deep wound on the neck and also deep injuries near the spine. He is currently undergoing treatment at Lilavati Hospital and doctors have declared him out of danger.

According to the information received, the thieves first clashed with the maid working in Saif's house. According to Times Now, the thieves first attacked the maid and injured her. When Saif tried to intervene, the miscreants immediately attacked him. Saif was badly injured in this scuffle. The miscreants attacked him several times with sharp weapons. The attack took place in Satguru Sharan Building, where Saif lives with his wife and actress Kareena Kapoor Khan and sons Taimur and Jeh. The police have recorded the statement of Saif's maid. Zone 9 Deputy Commissioner of Police Dixit Gedam said the maid is fine and is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
