Actress Shilpa Shirodkar was considered a strong contender for the grand finale of TV show "Bigg Boss 18", but her journey ended just four days before the final week of the show. Despite reaching the top 6, Shilpa was eliminated from the show due to receiving the least votes. She was eliminated by art director Omung Kumar. The finalists of the show now include Vivian Dsena, Karanvir Mehra, Eisha Singh, Rajat Dalal, Cham Darang and Avinash Mishra.

Shilpa expressed her sadness over her eviction, but also called it the best journey of her life. In an exclusive interview, Shilpa shared her experiences on the show. She said, "We knew there would be an eviction in between, but I did not know that I would be out. At the end of the show you cannot be calm about anything." Shilpa further said, "It was the best journey of my life. I was very different in the show." On her changing relationship with Vivian Dsena, Shilpa said, "I don't know what went wrong, Vivian got more involved with Avinash. My relationship with Karanvir was fine even though people would tell him every week that I was breaking him up."

On her relationship with Vivian, Shilpa said that if one person in a relationship is not ready to listen to the other and only believes one side, then it is better to stay away from that relationship. She said, "I don't know what happened, when we were in the confession room, we heard about Noreen and her conversation from the media. After the media went, all the talk started revolving around her that why did she trouble me and Karan. When the media asked her questions, she had no answer."

After the eviction, Shilpa Shirodkar also revealed that the contestants fight for Salman Khan's attention so that they get the buzz in "Weekend Ka Vaar" and can come into the limelight on the show.
