Saif Ali Khan discharged after 5 days in hospital following knife attack, Condition improving

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was discharged today, Tuesday 21 January, after being in the hospital for about five days. According to the information, Saif Ali Khan spent five days in Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital after being treated for his injuries and now he has returned to his home. He was undergoing treatment at the hospital, where according to the doctors his condition is improving.

On January 16, Saif Ali Khan was attacked by an attacker with a knife. The actor suffered serious injuries in this attack, especially in the neck and spine. Saif had injuries in three places, including both hands and one injury in the neck on the right side. Apart from this, a serious injury was also in his spine. Doctors said that Saif's condition is now out of danger.

During Saif Ali Khan's surgery, doctors removed a sharp object stuck in his spine. After surgery, Saif was admitted to the ICU on January 17 and was later shifted to a normal room. Now after five days, Saif Ali Khan has been discharged from the hospital and his condition is better than before. Police are investigating the entire incident of the attack. On Sunday, the police arrested the accused Shariful Islam Shahzad Mohammad from Thane. According to the police, Shahzad is a citizen of Bangladesh and had entered India illegally. The accused had tried to enter Saif Ali Khan's house with the intention of theft.

After the incident, Saif Ali Khan himself reached Lilavati Hospital in an auto. Auto driver Bhajan Singh Rana said that Saif's white kurta was stained with blood, but he did not realize that this person was Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. On reaching the hospital, Saif told the guard, 'Bring me a stretcher, I am Saif Ali Khan.' The doctors of the hospital said that Saif Ali Khan reached the hospital 'like a lion' even in a very injured condition, and praised his courage.
