Rajkummar Rao with wife Patralekha visit Maha Kumbh 2025, Take a sacred dip in Sangam

Many famous Bollywood stars are currently attending the ongoing Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Stars like Anupam Kher, Remo D'Souza, Esha Gupta, Kabir Khan have already reached there. Apart from this, Coldplay's Chris Martin and his girlfriend actress Dakota Johnson also took a holy dip in Sangam. Now recently actor Rajkummar Rao has joined the Maha Kumbh with his wife Patralekha and took a dip of faith in Sangam.

Speaking to ANI, Rajkummar Rao said, "I am very excited to take a dip in Sangam. We have come here before. My wife and I love Maa Ganga very much." Talking about his place of stay, he said, "We are staying with Swami ji in Parmarth Niketan Ashram and are planning to take a dip today." Rajkummar further said, "Lakhs to crores of people come here. The beauty of the Kumbh is that the whole of India comes together here. It is a great opportunity for people to come and take a dip in the Sangam. Those who are able to do so are very lucky. I too consider myself lucky that we are getting the opportunity to come here. God has really blessed us." When asked if he would make a film inspired by the Kumbh, Rajkummar said, "Yes, absolutely, if we get a story. As I said, there is a magical aura here. There is spirituality in the atmosphere here. If something is made, why not?"

Just a few days ago, Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekha launched their production house "Kampa Films". They had announced this through a note which read, "Do what you love beautifully - Rumi. Presenting 'Kampa Films'. No good work in life happens without a mother's blessings. The name Kampa is a mix of our mothers' names. Our first feature film will be announced soon. #KampaFilm".
