Vicky Kaushal takes a holy dip at Mahakumbh ahead of 'Chhaava' release

Vicky Kaushal is in the news these days for his upcoming film 'Chhaava'. The film is going to be released in theaters on February 14 and there is a lot of enthusiasm among the fans about it. But in the meantime, Vicky Kaushal shared a very special experience in Mahakumbh. He reached the ongoing Mahakumbh in Prayagraj today, on Thursday, and took a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam there.

On reaching Prayagraj, Vicky Kaushal while talking to the media said, "I feel very lucky that I got a chance to come here. This moment is very special for me, because I was waiting to be a part of Mahakumbh for a long time. Now that I am here, it feels great and I feel that I am very lucky." This trip of Vicky Kaushal is happening under the promotion of the film 'Chhaava'. Earlier, Vicky and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna had visited many religious places. Both the actors also visited the Golden Temple (Amritsar), Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, and Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Now Vicky has made this trip more special by reaching Prayagraj during Maha Kumbh.

The film 'Chhaava' is a historical and period drama based on the life of Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. In the film, Vicky Kaushal will be seen in the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika Mandanna will be seen as his wife Maharani Yesubai. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Maddock Films. The film 'Chhaava' will introduce the audience to an important and heroic chapter of Indian history.
