Well-known TV actress Rashmi Desai, who has gained recognition with her role in 'Taapsya', recently spoke openly about her career and Siddharth Shukla in Bharti Singh's podcast. Rashmi told that there was a time between her and Siddharth when they did not talk to each other for about 9 months.

Talking about Siddharth Shukla, Rashmi Desai said, "People had seen different pictures of us from each other in Bigg Boss. He was also good, I also used to help people, but all this happened due to the bitterness that had come between us." Rashmi told that during 'Dil Se Dil Tak' they did not talk to each other at all, but this bitterness did not affect their work. She described Siddharth as a good person at heart and said that the time of 2018 was very difficult for her, but during this time she learned a lot.

Rashami also spoke about Bigg Boss 13 and said that she did the show for money as she was in dire need of money at that time. Rashami said that she can never forget those five months. She was going through a very tough phase in her life during this time, but participating in Bigg Boss was the best decision of her life.

The actress further added that she wants to do good work, and choose roles that challenge her. Also, Rashami added that she wants to travel and go on a road trip. Though she is not particularly interested in brands, she still wants to spend some time for herself.

Rashami Desai made her debut on the OTT platform in 2021 and has since been a part of several OTT series, including 'Tandoor' (2021), 'Ratri Ke Yatri' (2022), 'LLB' (2023), 'Womaniya' (2024), and 'Hisab Barabar' (2025). Apart from this, Rashami Desai has also worked in Bollywood films, including films like 'Dabangg 2' and 'Superstar'.
