Arjun Kapoor recently reached Delhi for the promotion of his film 'Mere Husband Ki Biwi', which is directed by Mudassar Aziz. On this occasion, other actors of the film, stand-up comedian Harsh Gurjal, actress Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh were also present with him. The star cast of the film interacted with the media and shared their views about the film.
During this, Arjun Kapoor talked about the importance of comedy films. He said, "Comedy genre is very important for the family audience. The audience likes comedy films, they come to watch them in the theater. If we can make people laugh and make them feel good, then what can be bigger than this? I have done romantic-comedy films, drama films and action films. But now I want to do more comedy films."
Stand-up comedian Harsh Gurjal was also present during the promotion of the film 'Mere Husband Ki Biwi'. This film is Harsh's Bollywood debut. Expressing happiness over this, Harsh said, "This is like a dream come true for me. I have done stand-up comedy for eight years and now that hard work will be seen by the audience on the big screen."
Bhumi Pednekar is also playing the role of Arjun Kapoor's wife in this film. During this, she told that Harsh did not know a dance step, so she saw Arjun doing that step, recorded it on the phone and practiced that step all night. The next day Harsh knew that dance step well. Bhumi also called Harsh everyone's favorite during the promotion.
