He said that the proposal to produce the film was first given to him by Pahlaj Nihalani's son Vicky. After listening to the story of the film, everyone agreed on the name of Abhishek Bachchan. The producer said that Abhishek liked the script of the film very much, but when no work was done on the script for six months, he felt that now Abhishek would agree to work in the film, because he had given a lot of time for this film.

But a week later Abhishek called and said that this film should definitely be made, but not with him. The producer got angry with this and he snatched the script from Abhishek.
