Alia Bhatt has recently rented an apartment in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai for her production company 'Eternal Sunshine Productions'. The rent of this apartment is Rs 9 lakh per month, and this rent will increase by 5 percent every year. This apartment is on the sixth floor of Vastu Building in Bandra. The lease of this apartment was done on 21 February 2025.

Alia Bhatt has rented this apartment for 48 months and for this she has also made a security deposit of Rs 36 lakh. Apart from this, Alia bought a luxurious apartment in April 2023, which was worth Rs 37.80 crore, and for this she paid stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore.

While Alia has bought the apartment, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan also rented an apartment in the same Pali Hill area. Shahrukh rented a duplex apartment for Rs 8.67 crore. According to reports, Shah Rukh had rented this duplex from actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani and his sister Deepika, while he took the second duplex from film producer Vashu Bhagnani.

Alia Bhatt's production company 'Eternal Sunshine Productions Pvt Ltd' will focus on films and digital content. This company will be run by Alia's father Mahesh Bhatt and her sister Shaheen Bhatt and will look after all its operations.
