Everyone dreams of meeting and talking to Shah Rukh Khan. Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana also had a similar dream. During a recent conversation, Ayushmann said that he had come very close to this dream, but unfortunately his dream could not be fulfilled.

Ayushmann Khurrana said that luck did not favor him and his dream never came true, due to which he was disappointed. However, Ayushmann did not know that with time the circumstances would change and he would share the stage with Shah Rukh Khan, as well as host prestigious award ceremonies.

Recently Ayushmann refreshed those memories and realized that his interview with Shah Rukh never happened, although he waited for about four to five hours to meet Shah Rukh Khan. Talking to Galta Plus, Ayushmann said, "I was different at that time. Maybe I would have asked for a role, I was a struggling actor. I told him, 'Sir, give me a role; I want to become an actor'."

Ayushmann also said that he had also written a letter for Shahrukh Khan. He said, "I went to Powai, where Shahrukh Khan was shooting a car advertisement. In that letter I wrote - Dear Sir, I am a big fan of yours. I saw you in Kasol, Himachal Pradesh. At that time you were in a red suit and you were shooting for the film 'Maya Memsaab'. I was a child and I was wearing denim shorts. Now I am 22 years old and want to become an actor."
