Bollywood actor Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja are in the headlines these days due to their personal life. Divorce rumors between them are gaining momentum in the media. Amidst these rumors, Govinda's lawyer has given a shocking statement on this matter. The lawyer said that Sunita Ahuja had filed for divorce about six months ago, but now the relationship of both is strong and they are living a happy life together.

A day after the rumors of Govinda and Sunita's divorce, their lawyer told India Today that the relationship of both is still strong. Govinda's family friend and lawyer Lalit Bindal said that Sunita had applied for divorce, but later everything was resolved between the two and they have started living together again.

Lalit Bindal also told, "On the occasion of New Year, we went to Nepal and worshiped at Pashupatinath temple there. Now everything is fine between the two." He further said, "Such things happen between married couples, but their relationship is strong. They will always be together." Lalit Bindal also denied that Govinda and Sunita live in separate apartments. He said that Govinda had bought this bungalow for his official work when he became an MP. This bungalow is located right opposite their wedding flat. Bindal said, "Govinda sometimes goes for meetings and sometimes to sleep in the bungalow, but their married life is fine. Both of them live together."

Regarding the rumours going on social media, the lawyer said that statements made by Sunita Ahuja, such as "I don't want a husband like Govinda" or "Govinda is with his valentine," are being misrepresented by some people. However, the lawyer clarified that Sunita had further said that she wants a son like Govinda and "Govinda's work is his valentine." The lawyer also said, "Unfortunately people are only talking about negative things. I guarantee that both of them will stay together. There is no divorce happening."
