Laxman Utekar's film 'Chhaava' earned a brilliant Rs 22.5 crore on the third day of its release. The film had earned Rs 31 crore on the first day, while on the first Sunday it had a record collection of Rs 48.5 crore. On the second Sunday, the film earned Rs 40 crore. Overall, so far 'Chhaava' has done a total business of Rs 447.26 crore.

The film has broken the records of many films by earning Rs 25 crore on the third Sunday.
