In a conversation with "The Hindu", Anurag Kashyap said that the Bollywood industry has now become toxic, which is why he left Mumbai. He now wants to stay away from such people. Anurag also says that everyone in Bollywood is running with the goal of making the film earn Rs 800 crore and the same goal is chasing them, which has killed the spirit of creativity. According to sources, Anurag has now settled in Bangalore and is making his new beginning there.
In this conversation, Anurag also said that he wants to direct Malayalam and Tamil films in the future. Anurag Kashyap has also acted in some South Indian films, in which he has mostly appeared in negative roles. In a recent interview, Anurag also commented on the behaviour of Bollywood actors. He said that every actor in the Hindi film industry wants star treatment, while this is not the case in the South industry. Even the biggest actors there behave normally like everyone else.
