However, today on Friday, while talking to Bollywood Hungama, Siddharth Anand clarified that the shooting of the film will start in May itself, as decided earlier.

It is being said that the shooting schedule of this film was carefully prepared months ago. The film is expected to be released in theaters by the end of 2026. Discussions are also going on about the story of this film. It is being claimed that 'King' will be the story of a don who becomes the guru of a girl. Shah Rukh Khan will play the role of a don in this film, while his daughter Suhana Khan will be seen as his disciple. Apart from this, Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in a negative role in the film.

After the first schedule in May 2025, about 30 percent of the shooting of the film will be completed. 'King' is likely to be a high-octane action thriller, which will be the second collaboration of Siddharth Anand and Shah Rukh Khan, both of whom have previously worked together in 'Pathan'. The film will be shot in both India and Europe. The dialogues of the film have been prepared by Abbas Tyrewala, who recently worked on 'War 2'.
