The actress has bought a luxurious commercial property in Goregaon West area of Mumbai, which is said to be worth Rs 28.78 crore.

The deal was completed on 6 March 2025. Kajol has bought Shop No. 2 on the ground floor in 'Bharat Arise' building located at Linking Road, Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. The total area of this property is 4,365 square feet and it also includes five car parking spaces. The price per square feet was fixed at Rs 65,940 in this deal. Kajol has also paid stamp duty of Rs 1 crore 72 lakh for this property. This property has been sold by Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

Goregaon West has now become one of the major business hubs of Mumbai. The interest of big investors and Bollywood celebrities has increased rapidly here. Kajol's move is an important contribution to the growing real estate market of this area.
