Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has given great movies over the years. He is also known as 'Mr. Perfectionist', and he got this nickname because of the quality of his work. Aamir Khan had revealed on 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' that this nickname was given to him by Shabana Azmi and he also told why this nickname was given to him.
According to Aamir Khan, he got this nickname when he was shooting for his film 'Dil'. This film was directed by Inder Kumar and Baba Azmi was behind the camera in that film. One day the film was being discussed for a long time at Baba Azmi's house, then Shabana Azmi gave Aamir tea and asked how much sugar he would like to put in it.
Aamir Khan asked Shabana about the size of the tea cup. Shabana showed the cup, then Aamir asked what the size of the spoon was. Seeing the shape of the tea cup and spoon, Aamir asked Shabana to put a spoon of sugar in this cup. Shabana told this incident to everyone and told how Aamir Khan did the right way of adding sugar in tea. It was after this that Aamir got the nickname of 'Mr. Perfectionist'.
