After the CBI filed a closure report in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, actress Dia Mirza has given her reaction to it. The actress questioned on her Instagram story whether the media will now apologize to Rhea Chakraborty and her family? Earlier, a group on social media had also appealed to Rhea to apologize, as she was made a 'national villain'.
Dia Mirza wrote in her story, "Who will be in the media to apologize to Rhea Chakraborty and her family in writing? You searched for suspicious persons. You created deep pain and harassment just for TRP. Apologize. This is the least you can do."
On June 14, 2020, the body of actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging from a fan in his apartment in Bandra. According to the postmortem report, he died of suffocation. On the other hand, Sushant's sisters had filed a case in Bandra, in which Rhea was accused of giving medicines to Sushant on a fake prescription from a Delhi doctor. CBI was investigating this case. Recently, CBI submitted its closure report, in which Rhea Chakraborty has been given a clean chit.
