The teaser of the film ‘Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jallianwala Bagh’ was released on Monday and it went viral on the internet as soon as it arrived. In just 24 hours, the teaser garnered over 40 million views across all platforms, making it one of the most awaited films of this year.

Produced by Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films and Leo Media Collective, the film stars Akshay Kumar, R. Madhavan and Ananya Panday in the lead roles. Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, the film shows the events that followed the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, especially the courageous fight of Sir C. Shankaran Nair, who raised his voice against the British Empire.
