The trailer of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's much-awaited film 'Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jallianwala Bagh' will be launched tomorrow, April 3, at a grand event in Delhi. The lead actors of the film Akshay Kumar, R. Madhavan and Ananya Pandey will be present at this event. Along with this, the film's producers Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Amritpal Bindra will also be a part of this event. The film's director Karan Singh Tyagi will also be present on this special occasion.

The film is based on the events after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre on 13 April 1919. In the film, Akshay Kumar is playing the role of brave lawyer Sir C. Shankaran Nair, who raised his voice against the British rule. The pain and fear shown in the teaser of the film made the audience emotional. This film is directed by Karan Singh Tyagi and is based on the book 'The Case That Shook the Empire' written by Pushpa Palat and Raghu Palat. The film is produced under the banner of Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films and Leo Media Collective. Apart from Akshay Kumar, R. Madhavan and Ananya Pandey will also be seen in important roles in the film. The film will be released in theaters on 18 April 2025.
