Allu Arjun marks his 43rd birthday with the announcement of a new film with Atlee

Pan India star Allu Arjun is once again ready to rock the world of cinema with his magic. Today, on 8 April 2025, Allu Arjun's 43rd birthday is, and on this special occasion, he has given a great gift to his fans. Allu Arjun has announced his new film, which will be made by director Atlee. Although the film was already in the news, the project has been officially announced today on the occasion of his birthday.

Production house Sun Pictures confirmed the news today by sharing a video on Twitter (now X). Allu Arjun has teamed up with famous South director Atlee on a great project, which has been tentatively dubbed as 'AA22'. The film will be a science-fiction action thriller, which promises to give the audience a new and unique film experience.

The film was announced on the occasion of Allu Arjun's 43rd birthday, and there has been a wave of excitement on social media about this film. This film will be the 22nd project of Aalu Arjun's career and the 6th project of Atlee, and keeping this in mind, the hashtag #AA22-A6 has also been shared. In the video, Aalu Arjun was seen meeting director Atlee and producer Kalanithi Maran at Sun Pictures' office in Chennai, where they officially locked the project.

Apart from this, the video also saw Aalu Arjun at a Los Angeles-based VFX studio, where he worked on the script and took the help of many technical experts from Hollywood. Jose Fernandez, who is famous for films like Iron Man 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Age of Ultron, and James Madigan, who has been the VFX supervisor for films like GI Joe: Retaliation and Iron Man 2, are part of the technical team associated with the film.

Expressing his happiness about the film, Atlee said, "This is the film I always wanted to make. It took years for the script to take shape, but now it is a dream come true to bring it to life with Allu Arjun sir and Sun Pictures led by Kalanithi Maran sir. The film will be of grand proportions and the story will entertain and inspire audiences everywhere."
