Kareena Kapoor Khan added another feather to her cap when she won the Power Icon award at the 2018 Lokmat Maharashtrian Of The Year awards held in the city today.

Looking perfectly elegant in a yellow and pink saree, Kareena accepted the award with grace and humility.

While Akshay Kumar won the Social Influencer award, Shreya Ghoshal won in the Performing Arts category. The awards were presented by Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and Lokmat Chairman Vijay Darda.

Kareena mentioned that she was very thankful for the award. She also took up questions from the audience. When asked how she deals with little Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi's fame, she replied, "Saif & I discuss this often. We feel blessed that our 16 month old baby brings smiles to so many faces. God is kind."

Taimur on the other hand was clicked beating the heat near the pool today. He was seen with his nanny as the shutterbugs clicked away.
