Bigg Boss is set to return with its 13th edition, which will be hosted by Salman Khan, much like the previous seasons. Few reports suggest that the show will be premiered on September 29 and the winner will be announced on January 12, 2020. However, if our sources are to be believed, the team is still waiting for Salman’s final dates and so it’s not possible to lock any date for its premiere episode.
A source close to the development of the show informed, “The makers are still in search for the contestants; nobody has been finalized yet. The talks with the celebrities are at very initial stage; in fact the entire show is at a very initial stage. Yes, as of now the channel is planning to launch it in the month of September. But the final date has not been decided yet. The team is still working on host Salman Khan’s dates yet. He is doing the show but the final confirmation on his dates is still awaited.”

Talking about the final date announcement, the source further said, “One shouldn’t forget that Bigg Boss is all about the TRP. If the show does well on the TRP chart; it gets an extension. So it’s not possible to confirm the finale date at this point of time when the show has just begun.”
Talking about Salman’s professional commitments regarding films, apparently, he will be shooting for Inshallah in the coming 2-3 months and in between, he will also complete the patchwork of the film Dabangg 3. Also, one of the reasons behind moving the set from Lonavala to Mumbai is Salman’s film commitments. Apparently, he will be shooting for Bigg Boss while working on his other projects too. Hence, his schedule is very much packed.
Seems like, speculations about the possible premier and finale date have already begun to create curiosity amongst the viewers.
