For years life coach Arfeen Khan was part of Hrithik Roshan's entourage. Arfeen, who was counseling the light-eyed superstar post his separation and divorce from Sussanne Khan, even traveled across the globe with Hrithik. However, now it is not Hrithik's mind but his body that has been troubling him. So, the new member of Hrithik's current entourage is his physiotherapist.  

The Super 30 actor has been shooting some mind-boggling action for his action-adventure film Hrithik v/s Tiger with his ardent fan, Tiger Shroff. And, he has his physio on set 24/7 because he is required to do a set of stretches and some other physical exercises after every round of action he shoots.

The physio who also attends to some other A-grade actors has been unavailable to all his other clients because he is constantly present on Hrithik's set. One hears that Hrithik who has been having knee, foot and back trouble because of the action he has done in the Krrish franchise, Bang Bang, Agneepath, Jodhaa Akbar and Dhoom 2, also undergoes treatments with doctors in Delhi and Singapore on a regular basis. 

The physio just fills in the gaps with getting the actor to be more regular with his stretching and other milder forms of physical activity needed to keep him fully agile.
