You cannot keep Salman Khan down. The actor, whose ambitious film Bharat suffered a blow if not exactly a setback when Priyanka Chopra pulled out last week, has bounced back in action with Katrina Kaif stepping in as the lead actress. In true Bhai style, Salman welcomed his Tiger Zinda Hai co-star onboard Bharat and is said to be going all out on this particular film.
Even when there was uncertainty over Priyanka’s being in Bharat, Salman was busy shooting for the film with Disha Patani. Ali Abbas Zafar is believed to have started the film by shooting a song featuring Salman and Disha with Sunil Grover providing the extra zing. PeepingMoon.com has learned that this is a dance number and it’s called Slow Motion. Its music is by Vishal-Shekhar and Vaibhavi Merchant has choreographed it.
Slow Motion was shot at Filimistan Studio in Mumbai. The set, PeepingMoon.com has additionally learned, resembles a Circus arena, because Disha plays a trapeze artiste in the film that meets Salman in his younger avatar but does not end up with him. She is said to have a limited role. Salman is believed to have five different looks in Bharat that take his character from childhood to adulthood. Zafar wanted a fresh young face with a flexible body and Disha fit the requirement.

The highpoint of the song is going to be Salman’s dance moves. As they did with the rocking chartbuster Swag Se Swagat in Tiger Zinda Hai, Vishal-Shekhar and Vaibhavi have collaborated to make Salman look cool and groovy in Slow Motion. The actor is notoriously one of Bollywood’s least exciting dancers, but this time, he looks stylish dancing in slow motion to Slow Motion. Bharat insiders say Salman’s moves will remind cinema audiences of the Saat Samundar Paar song from the film Vishwatma of 1992.
