We have all danced to the impeccable tunes of Nora Fatehi’s Dilbar from the film Satyameva Jayate, haven’t we? We loved the song back then when Sushmita Sen raised the heat with her moves and we love it now as well with Nora’s revamped version. What's more? Nora Fatehi is coming up with an Arabic version of her much-appreciated song Dilbar and we are sure it is difficult to contain the excitement.
PeepingMoon.com recently got in touch with the Dilbar star and here's what she had to say about its Arabic version.

Q. You have also sung the Arabic version of Dilbar apart from performing on it. How was your experience?
A. It was a great experience as I got to sing as well as dance for the Arabic version of Dilbar. This is an international version and it is one of its kind. So I had a great time working on it. It was a different experience altogether.
Q. You collaborated with Fnaire, a famous band in Morocco. Your experience on the same?
A. I got the opportunity to work with Morocco’s one of the most famous bands and it was an amazing experience for all of us. They are very hardworking and gave their 100% in everything.
Q. The song has the versatility of different languages. What was your thought process while giving it a global appeal?
A. I always knew that I wanted it to be on an international level and give it a global appeal. I was very happy when that actually happened and I was the one taking it to an international level. I wanted the song to also connect to the Indian audience as I have a huge fan base in India. So, there are Hindi words in the song which will connect to the Indian audience.
Q. Something about your huge fan base in Morocco.
A. Not only Morocco but I am blessed to have a huge fan base in the Middle East as well. It feels amazing and really nice to see so many people loving me for the work that I do.

Q. Her expectations with the song.
A. I don’t keep expectations or hopes. I didn’t know that my original Dilbar would do so well. I just gave my 100 percent and what came was a return. Same with the Arabic version, I have worked very hard for it but I don’t have any expectations in particular.
Q. What’s next for you?
A. I will be finalizing 2-3 more international songs in another 2-3 months and I am currently working for Batla House.
