Tomorrow, Karan Johar will be shooting the final episode of his popular Star World chat show Koffee with Karan. Not the finale. Don’t get confused. That’s already done and in the can. For the finale, whose date has not been announced, KJo got himself Mrs. Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Mrs. Kareena Kapoor Khan. It promises to be a cracker of a show. But Peepingmoon.com has learned that KJo will not let the curtain come down on Season 6 of India’s premier TV show without signing off in style. And that will happen tomorrow at the YRF Studios where the Koffee with Karan sets have been standing.

KJo will be shooting the Koffee Awards with the Koffee Jury tomorrow. It is a special episode he introduced at the end of Season 2 in which the best performers of that season’s Koffee with Karan were felicitated with awards in the shape of a golden cup and saucer. They were chosen by a jury of eminent personalities from Bollywood. And the categories include Best Dressed (Male & Female), Best Debut (Male & Female), Best Performance (Male & Female), Best Rapid Fire (Male & Female), Best Episode (Critics & Popular), and Best Line of The Season for the Audi 5 Sportback car.  KJo had the Koffee Awards twice after that. Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has appeared in every season of the show, and Shah Rukh Khan have been popular winners.

The celebrated jurists for Season 6’s Koffee Awards will include Malaika Arora who’s been on the panel before and Kirron Kher. They are both KJo’s co-judges on Colors’ reality TV series India’s Got Talent. In addition, he has also got comedy stars, Vir Das and Mallika Dua. It’s going to be a regular Koffee with Karan episode shot on the same set behind closed doors tomorrow. The awards winners, who won’t feature in the episode, will record acceptance speeches that will be telecast as part of the show. Any guesses for who will drive off with the Audi?
