Krishna Shroff has been inspiring the youth with her fitness journey. In 2018, she started a Mixed Martial Arts accredited centre with her brother Tiger Shroff. Coming from a family of actors, Krishna chose to not pursue acting. Now, in PeepingMoon.com's segment, Let's Talk, she spoke about her family's legacy and why it is difficult to match up to it.
Krishna told, "Many people tell me that you are born with a silver spoon. Yes, we are to a certain extent but at the same time, the massive legacy our parents have left is so hard to match up to. There are automatic expectations. We do have a bit of a headstart but at the end of the day, we do have to work just as hard if not harder to match up or maybe surpass one day."
Talking about staying away from Bollywood, Krishna clarified that her decision wasn't influenced by the financial crisis her family had to face years ago. She shared, "That has nothing to do with that. I have been the one to follow my passion and do what I truly enjoy doing. I believe life is too short and I live each day as it comes. I want to be happy doing whatever I am doing every single day. This is my passion."
A few months ago, Krishna made her music video debut with the song Kinni Kinni Vaari. Will we get to see more of her? Let's hear it from Krishna herself. "It (Bollywood) doesn't really spark that fire within. I love that adrenaline rush or anything that excites me. I worked on film sets. I assisted on a couple of my brother's films. It is not as glamourous as people think it is. It does give one a lot, but it also takes away a lot. I don't think that life is for me. I've been close and personal with that world."
