Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are teaming up for the first time for a big-scale action film. Titled Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Ali Abbas Zafar is directing the star-studded film. The Vashu Bhagnani-backed project was scheduled to be announced on Sunday, February 6. However, due to Lata Mangeshkar's demise, the makers decided to postpone it as a mark of respect to the legendary singer.
Now, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan's announcement is on its way. The film, which brings together Bollywood's top action heroes for the first time, will be announced today (February 8) at 11 am. On January 7, Akshay and Tiger did the first photoshoot for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and PeepingMoon was the first to share an update on the film.

Akshay and Tiger's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will be similar to David Dhawan's film of the same name which was made in 1988 with Amitabh Bachchan, Govinda, Raveena Tandon and Ramya Krishnan. However, Ali's version is going to be loaded with action. Akshay, who is known to weave comedy with action, will be adding lighter moments too.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will go on floors this year and the makers are looking for a release date in 2023.
