The global Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is set to return to cinemas four years, one month and four days later, and Yash Raj Films is making sure his comeback vehicle, Pathaan, is the biggest ever comeback film for a Hindi film star. The makers announced the film in March and since then have released three motion posters to keep up the anticipation among fans for this tentpole actioner. As the movie is now just 98 days away from its grand release on January 25th, 2023, YRF is all geared up to unveil the film’s teaser next month. Yes, it’s not coming on October 23rd as speculated in the media.

Peepingmoon.com can confirm that Yash Raj Films will release the "Pathaan Teaser" on Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday, November 2nd. The teaser is ready and is said to be over a minute long, showing some of the best high-octane action sequences from the movie. "Birthdays are always special and YRF intends to make SRK’s birthday over-the-top for his fans with a special glimpse into his forthcoming large-scale, mainstream spy thriller, Pathaan. It’s a visually stunning teaser filled with action, romance, and dialoguebaazi and promises audiences a thrilling espionage ride like never before," a source close to the development told us.

The Siddharth Anand directorial sees Shah Rukh playing the role of a man who doesn’t belong to any caste or religion and is only known by his country. Jisne apne desh ko hi apna dharam maan liya aur desh ki raksha ko hi apna karam. Deepika Padukone is romantically paired opposite him while John Abraham plays the antagonist. The teaser is expected to give a sneak peek into the closely guarded plot of the movie. Pathaan, for those unaware, is a part of Aditya Chopra’s spy universe and has a cameo by Salman Khan’s spy character from Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai.

Pathaan is one of the most-awaited Hindi films coming out next year, and Siddharth Anand promises it will be a true comeback film for Shah Rukh, who has been missing from the movies since Zero in 2018. "Shah Rukh is the alpha man on a mission in this action spectacle that will hopefully set new benchmarks for the action genre in India. When you have Shah Rukh Khan in your film, along with superstars like Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, you have to reach for the stars in every department and I don’t think we will disappoint on that promise with ‘Pathaan’," the director was spotted saying recently.
