When asked which of her roles she couldn’t let go of, Janhvi said, “For Good Luck Jerry I spent a lot of time prepping with the dialect and understanding the world and I think that was a role that I took home to. I remember I was auditioning for a series for things when I was shooting for Jerry or right before starting shoot and that Bihari accent would not leave me, and a lot of the directors were like ‘Why are you sounding Bihari, you’re playing a girl from Mumbai, it is not making sense’.”
Good Luck Jerry also featured Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashisht, Neeraj Sood, Sushant Singh and Jaswant Singh Dalal in pivotal roles. The film was directed by Siddharth Sen and produced by Aanand L Rai.
Janhvi will be next seen in Mili which is slated to release in theaters on November 4, 2022.
