Ranbir Kapoor has been diverse in terms of choosing his roles. In his 15-year-long journey in the film industry as an actor, he picked up scripts that were unique from the previous. Now, as he embraced fatherhood with the arrival of his and Alia Bhatt's daughter Raha Kapoor, he would like her to watch two films from his filmography.
In an interview with PeepingMoon, Ranbir said he would like Raha to watch Barfi (2012) and Jagga Jasoos (2017). The actor also shared that he would make her watch her grandmother Neetu Kapoor's Do Kaliyaan too. "I would probably say Barfi or Jagga Jasoos. I'll start with that because it is a more child-friendly film. When we were kids, my sister and I would often watch our mother's film Do Kaliyaan. She did a double role. It was sort of inspired by The Parent Trap. I would probably show that," Ranbir told.
Ranbir is currently promoting Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar with Shraddha Kapoor. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on March 8. It is directed by Luv Ranjan and produced by Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, and presented by T- Series’ Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar.
Raha was born to Ranbir and Alia on November 6, 2022.
