Suniel Shetty's son, Ahan Shetty, is set for his second Bollywood outing! PeepingMoon.com has exclusively learned that the 28-year-old star kid will next star in Sajid Nadiadwala’s tent pole production, Sanki, continuing his association with Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment following his debut in Milan Luthria's Tadap (2021).
Ahan will star alongside Pooja Hegde in this romantic action drama. The plot details are currently shrouded in secrecy, but it's believed to be a big-budget venture planned to be shot on a massive scale across India and overseas. “It's a project Sajid has been trying to put together for years. Ahan has already showcased his acting ability with Tadap and will further display his versatility by taking on a fully rogue character in this new film, living up to its crazy and entertaining title. The fresh chemistry between him and Pooja only adds to the excitement for this action spectacle,” a source close to the project told us.
Sanki has been written by Once Upon A Time In Mumbai screenwriter Rajat Arora, and will jointly be directed by Adnan A. Shaikh and Yasir Jah. Both are Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment’s in-house talents and have independently worked on movies such as Heropanti movie series, Baaghi franchise, and Tadap, among others. The pre-production has already been going on for months and will get off the ground this month, eyeing a late 2024 release in theatres.
