Last September, PeepingMoon.com had exclusively revealed that Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri will headline a comedy drama for Vikram Malhotra’s production banner, Abundantia Entertainment. Now we hear the film — tentatively titled ‘Ma Behan’ — is a Netflix Original and will go on floors next month in Mumbai. 

Suresh Triveni, known for directing the highly acclaimed ‘Tumhari Sulu’ and ‘Jalsa,’ is helming this film, which has already sparked significant buzz in industry circles for pairing a legendary 1990s actress with one of today’s most sought-after heroines. The film is a character-driven comedy-drama centered on three key characters, with Dixit and Dimri portraying a mother-daughter duo at the heart of the story. Ravi Kishan and Dharna Durga, a popular digital creator and influencer, round out the cast in pivotal roles.
