Telly Ville is a land full of ups and downs. Similar to life, one doesn't know when a relationship or career can shoot up high or even come crashing down.
History has it when in the land of Television, actors who were mere acquaintances turned into BFFs and also it's vice versa.
Having said that, the latest BFF duo that seems to have bitten the dust is Television Queen Ekta Kapoor and her once upon a time leading lady Aditi Gupta.
According to Peeping Moon.com's close sources, the two who were thick friends, now don't even see eye to eye with each other. "Both the women were eventually best friends but it seems after Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, the tables turned and took an ugly shape leading to a fall out between the two ladies," stated the source.
The source further revealed that the actors had a major fall out during their show Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil where Aditi played the role of a vamp on Ekta 's insistence.
Apparently, Ekta had promised Aditi of her negative character to shape up well and had also assured that her role will carve a niche in the books of Telly vamps. Aditi without much ado took the chance on the mere basis of Ekta 's assurance. Not just her character, but the entire show starring Drashti Dhami and Arjun Bijlani went for a toss and was pulled off-air in a few months of its launch.
Aditi felt let down and somewhat cheated as she had given a lot to her character believing in Ekta. After their fallout, Aditi moved on and bagged the role of a vamp on Star Plus' Ishqbaaz by Gul Khan.
Recently, Aditi was heard telling the media of how she regrets doing Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil and how she felt bad when the promises made to her were not even delivered by an ounce.
We tried contacting both Ekta and Aditi but could not get through by the time of filing the story.
Aditi shot to fame with Ekta Kapoor's almost decade old hit show Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil where Aditi was the protagonist opposite Harshad Chopra. It also had Sushant Singh Rajput in the second lead and aired on Star Plus'.
Hoping for an all peace out...
