Television actor Kushal Punjabi, who starred in shows like Ishq Mein Marjawan and Hum Tum, was found dead at his home in Mumbai's Pali Hill on Friday. The 37-year-old actor was found hanging and the police also found a suicide note. His close friend Chetan Hansraj was the first one to find Kushal's body and even said that he was in stress because of his troubled marriage. For the unversed, Kushal married Audrey Dolhen in November 2015. The couple was blessed with son Kian who is three-years-old now.
Now, a source close to us has exclusively informed PeepingMoon what the Mumbai police have to say. "Kushal Punjabi was in depression. European wife Audrey Dolhen had left him and their son Kiaan, after which, Kushal used to be very stressed. Kushal and his wife Audrey wanted to get separate legally but they had not filed for a divorce. Kushal's wife is French who lives in Shanghai and is currently not in India. Till now, his wife has not come for an investigation," said our source.

The source added, "Kushal's wife has been called by the cops. A DCP rank officer talked to her on the phone then she agreed to travel back to India. Cops clearly mentioned they will record her statement for further investigation."
Kushal's father Vijay Punjabi had spoken exclusively to PeepingMoon this afternoon and blamed his wife Audrey for his son's sudden demise. He said, "Wife Audrey Dolhen was harassing him. She is responsible for his death. It was a failed marriage, she ran away with his child. We tried calling her, she reacted very chilled. For separation, she has demanded a huge amount. She was wife to just squeeze money."
