Exclusive: She had said that after Madhuri Dixit, I am her most favourite dancer - Sambhavna Seth recalls working with Saroj Khan

Ace Bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan passed away from cardiac arrest in the wee hours of Friday on July 3, 2020. She was admitted to Guru Nanak hospital on June 20 after complaining of chest pain. The veteran choreographer was 72. Saroj, who was lovingly called 'Masterji' in Bollywood, worked in over 200 films and was loved by many.

After the sad news of the veteran choreographer's demise, PeepingMoon reached out to Sambhavna Sheth who has worked with her in the past.  Recalling an incident on the sets of Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, she said, "I was there to perform at his sangeet and I had just won Dancing Queen. When I met Saroj ji there, she told me that everyone is complimenting you but you are not dancing properly. I got very scared as I didn't know if I was doing it correctly. Then after the shoot got over, Saroj ji announced on the mic that after Madhuri Dixit, I am her most favourite dancer."
