The year is ending with a bang! And, we’re loving it! Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli finally took to Twitter to announce that two are finally Mr. and Mrs. Virat Kohli.
The couple who gave us all sorts of relationship goals are giving us immense fashion goals at their wedding, as well. Anushka looked like the perfect Sabyaschi muse. Clad in a Spring a pale pink lehenga with Renaissance embroidery in vintage English colours embellished with silver-gold metal thread, pearls and beads. Bridal jewellery handcrafted with syndicate uncut diamonds, pale pink spinel and baroque Japanese cultured pearls, Virat’s wifey looks nothing but breathtaking (besides happily in love).
Virat on the other hand was seen dressed in an Ivory raw silk sherwani hand-embroidered in a vintage Benarasi pattern and signature House buttons with an old Rose silk Kota safa and accessorized by Sabyasachi, as well.
Anushka is seen wearing a statement gold neckpiece, while nailing her bridal look to a T. Plus, we can’t help but mention the maang-tikka donned by her in one of the family pictures.

For the Mehendi, Anushka chose a boho look full of bright colours. Considering hot pink was her favourite, the designer created a graphic lehenga in fuchsia pink and Indian orange. It was hand-printed by the famed Calcutta block printers and hand-embroidered with gota and marori. Artists from The Sabyasachi Art Foundation rendered a beautiful sixties pop print and it was silk screen printed, hand woven Indian silk. Anushka accessorised herself with earrings from the Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry collection, a stunning pair of jhumkas crafted in 22k gold with Iranian turquoise, tourmalines, uncut diamonds and Japanese cultured pearls. Custom juttis in hand woven brocade and zardosi completed the look.
From her vibrant mehendi pictures to the regal touch on her D-day, Anushka looks just as we expected, simply mesmerizing!
And just when you thought you couldn't get enough of the gorgeous two, their engagement pictures come in, leaving us nothing but speechless!
Anushka looks stunning in an oxblood signature Gulkand Sabya Burgundy. It was hand-embroidered using miniature pearls and the finest quality zardosi and marori. Anushka topped this look with a stunning uncut diamond and pearl choker with matching studs. The entire look was complemented with kohl-rimmed eyes, red roses and our now iconic micro dot bindi, while Virat looked dapper in a blue suit!
Boy, oh boy, we just cant seem to have enough!
Love! Love!
