2018 started with quite a few fashion highs and delete-worthy fashion lows. If you thought that our style stars were swimming in fashion-forward silhouettes only during the Christmas weekend, scratch that thought. Here is our report card of stars who slayed and truly dismayed, sartorially!

Saif and Kareena

Saifeena’s Gstaad vacation look is clearly not what we’d expected. When you think of snow-clad mountains, what’s the first thought that comes to your mind? A ton of snuggly layered winter jackets, gloves, uggs? But let’s hear it for Mr. and Mrs. Khan who proved us wrong. Bollywood’s Begum welcomed 2018 in a stunning all-black sheer gown from the ace designer Manish Malhotra. And you thought she’d step out in a puffer jacket, didn’t you? Doting hubby, Saif Ali Khan was seen complimenting Kareena in a dapper black tuxedo. The royal couple surely knows how to make a head-turning statement, even when the temperature outside is a freezing three degree Fahrenheit.

Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut, the Queen of Bollywood, can be hailed as the airport style ‘Queen’, as well. Her airport styles are responsible for inducing a whole lot of sartorial jealousy. Miss Ranaut clearly knows how to walk right into our hearts, in style. With Pantone declaring purple as the color of the year, we were more than expecting Kangana to make a grandeur appearance in this color! The Queen was spotted at the airport in a Dior midi-dress, Prada coat, and handbag from MiuMiu. Styled by Ami Patel, Kangana’s airport lookbook is our only source of survival, for all sorts of sty-spiration.

Esha Gupta

The style savant has never failed to impress us. Be it on the ramp, lazing on the couch, killing it on the red-carpet or even slaying it in style at the airport. Just when you thought you couldn’t heart Esha’s pictures any harder, Esha comes with yet another outstanding look. Plus, it’s completely copy-worthy. The actress who’s on a fashion high was seen wearing a denim jacket from Bershka, ‘First, I need coffee’ – graphic tee from Shein and studded black booties from Splash Fashions. Miss fashionista topped this drool-worthy look with a beige Chloe handbag and retro black sunnies. The pink pout, perfect bangs and her lovely smile rounded this look to a T. Our #WomenCrush, forever!

Alia Bhatt

No matter where she is or what she is doing, Alia Bhatt never fails to impress us with her on-point style. The millennial fashion icon was spotted returning back from Israel in an easy-breezy fashion-forward ensemble. Styled by B-town’s favorite style guru Ami Patel, Miss Bhatt took our breath away in a denim jacket, white tee and knee-ripped denim from Madison. Extra style points for the steal-worthy Louis Vuitton handbag, knee-high leather boots, and round-framed statement sunnies.

Mouni Roy’s yellow dress is the only thing our wardrobe needs, pronto! Television’s most popular star hit all the right sartorial notes with this bright sunny dress. Though this color acts as the perfect summer hue, Mouni does complete justice to it, even in this breezy chilly weather. What’s not to love?

Ranbir Kapoor has clearly left our fashion police completely puzzled. It’s no secret that the Kapoor’s love all-things-Gucci. Seeing Ranbir step out in this Gucci white tee, donned by sister Kareena quite a few times, makes us wonder if he secretly invaded Bebo’s wardrobe! We expect a whole lot more from the guy who can make just about any girl go weak on her knees. What do you think?
