Manish Malhotra to pass on Sridevi's iconic outfits to Janhvi and Khushi

Sridevi's sudden demise on the 24th of February was a huge shock to her fans all across the globe. While close friends and family are still mourning over her loss, ace designer Manish Malhotra's sweet gesture has touched all our hearts.

Sridevi, was not just a close friend to Manish but also one of his favorite muse. After having worked with him for nearly a decade, Manish was not just Sridevi's go-to designer, but also was a favorite when it came to her daughters, Janhvi and Khushi.

In fact, the outfits worn by Sridevi and Khushi at cousin Mohit Marwah's wedding in Dubai, just a few days before she passed away, were also designed by Manish, himself.

No wonder, when a reported leading magazine states that Manish wants to preserve Sridevi's iconic ensembles and pass them on to her daughters, Khushi and Janhvi Kapoor, we aren't surprised by this humble gesture.

Manish had recently shared a picture of Sridevi and captined it, "Sridevi and I first met in 1990 when she was already a superstar and I was beginning my career. Working with an icon I always called her "Ma'am" and that was a turning point in my career, as it was the beginning of many associations and a longstanding friendship beyond work."
