Malaika Arora definitely lives up by the quote as she is one of the fashionistas who carry fashion trends forward. Be it embracing the PVC skirt to showing off her glamorous avatar in a red ensemble or working her way with monochrome checks, the 44-year-old actress made headlines with her three standout looks within a week.

Making a statement in Plastic!

While we are no stranger to the return of the PVC trend and International designers showcasing their love for plastic. Somehow, the trend is still not a hot favourite with Bollywood celebs, but Malaika, as usual, decided to experiment. She was spotted in a plastic skirt from Hass Idriss featuring a pastel shade lining underneath styled by Maneka Harisinghani. She accessorized her look with a pair of golden drop earrings and a matching ring from Khanna Jewellers. Makeup artist Divya Chablani worked her magic with nude makeup and light smokey eyes while hairstylist Sheetal F Khan styled her hair in a messy updo.

Radiating in Red

In her second appearance, Malaika was spotted in a smoking hot red number from designer Amit Aggarwal styled by her fav Maneka Harisinghani. Working her way through the monotone, Malaika opted for a pair of red wide-legged pants which she paired with a red tunic-style top featuring a crossed neckline (showing off those sexy collarbones). Makeup artist Mehak Oberoi kept her look sharp by adding a bronze glow all over with subtly kohled eyes and nude lips. She rounded off her look with statement earrings from Viange.

Monochrome stripes still rule the fashion world but it seems like it's time for checks to kick in with a bang. And who better to trust than Bollywood's Diva Malaika to lead the way. She stepped out in a checked jumpsuit from Ashish N Soni and we love it. PERIOD. Her stylist Maneka Harisinghani added definition to the piece with a wide belt wrapped around the waist.
