The 20th edition of International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards is all set for its homecoming gala in India and we couldn’t be more excited. Before hosting the main event, the team behind the function organised for a pre-award gala- IIFA Rocks 2019 where Bollywood celebrities were in attendance.

The glittering night of IIFA Rocks paved way for all kinds of sartorial inspiration and it would be mean if we don’t share them with you. Check out the best and the worst fashion moments straight from the green carpet of the soiree.

KATRINA KAIF

Making a ravishing appearance, Katrina totally stole the show with her scarlet hot Julien Macdonald number, courtesy stylist Tanya Ghavri. Her mesh detailed blingy dress featured a sexy back and a thigh slit which was hard to miss. Keeping it minimal on the accessory front, Kat let her sexy dress do all the talking. Subtle glam and straight locks added finishing touches to her looks.

VICKY KAUSHAL

Vicky joined the glam-bam soiree looking every bit dapper all credit to his stylist Amandeep Kaur. He literally turned heads with his bespoke tuxedo by Nauman Piyarji. He paired his suave tux and bow-tie with velvet Jimmy Choo shoes. Charming!

RADHIKA APTE

Peek-a-boo! Styled by Who Wore What When, Radhika left little to our imagination with this cut out jumpsuit from Nikhil Thampi.  Statement earrings from Khanna Jewellers complemented her semicolon number from the label’s collection. With winged eyes, pink pout and braided hairdo, she looked IIFA ready.

APARSHAKTI KHURANA

Styled by Jay Samuel Studio, Aparshakti wore a crepe tux from SS Homme. He paired his spunky suit with classy aviators and shoes from Saalvi by Kaarigar.

RADHIKA MADAN

Styled by Who Wore What When, Radhika hit us right in the feels with her grungy looks. Her metallic number from Mint Blush got us crushing hard. Opting for a sans accessory look, she let her plunging dress steal the limelight. Detailed eyes, wet hairdo added a bit of an edge to her look.

RAKUL PREET

Another metallic muse in the house! Ditching gowns for suits, Rakul opted for a shimmery metallic suit from by Nauman Piyarji.  Gold chocker from Studio Metallurgy accentuated her plunging neckline. She paired her dramatic sleeved suit with gold pumps from Steve Madden India. Shimmery eyes, glossy pout and poker straight tresses completed her look.

PRIYANK SHARMA

Priyank made quite an appearance with his navy blue tux and bow tie from label Pankajj Soni.  Pairing his shimmery tuxedo with a pair of suave loafers, he was good to go.

ARJUN RAMPAL AND GABRIELLA DEMETRIADES

Lovebirds Arjun and Gabriella showed up at the event twinning in black. Arjun opted for a casual look in a black tee and pants paired with a leather jacket. Gabriella chose to wear an oversized blazer dress from Deme Love. She paired her outfit with a Balenciaga bag and thigh-high boots from Yeezy Mafia.

Umm…Too casual for a glam-bam soiree?

ALI FAZAL AND RICHA CHADHA

Couple Ali and Richa failed to make an impactful appearance at the gala. Styled by Rochelle D'sa, Ali opted for a textured tux from label Karrtik D for the night. He paired his outfit with camouflaged shoes from Christian Louboutin which did not go with his blazer very well. Richa, on the other hand, brought in overwhelming shimmers to the green carpet of the soiree. Her sequined, thigh slit Rudraksh Dwivedi number blinded us with its bling.

How we wish the duo could have opted for something subtle at the gala.

Well, IIFA Rocks indeed was a head-turner gala, now we wait to see what’s more in store for us!
