As Bollywood’s Angry Young Man turns 77 today, he proved us that age is just a number, really. Born as Inquilaab Srivastava, Indian Cinema’s most celebrated actor started his Bollywood journey with Bhuvan Shome but gained popularity in the 70s’ era with films like Anand, Zanjeer, Deewaar, Sholay, Don, Amar Akbar Anthony, Shaan, and later ruled over the hearts and charts with Coolie, Sharabi, Agneepath, Hum to name a few. Called as Bollywood’s Angry Young Man, Big B has starred in more than 190 films with a career spanning over 5 decades. He has won numerous accolades like National Award, Dadasaheb Phalke Award, Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan amongst others.
