Variety and their star-studded galas have always left us gasping for more! Sartorial inspirations, dazzling divas and a whole lot of fun, what more could we possibly ask for?

This time, for their special 'Power of Women' luncheon, we saw many of our favorite leading ladies coming out to use their voices for a good cause. From Mariah Carey to Jennifer Aniston, it was a full-house and we're definitely not complaining!
