Moonwalk: Deepveer’s revamped trousseau to Vijay Deverakonda’s casual take on formals, celebs who hit the bull’s eye this week!

Hey there, beloved internet tribe, PeepingMoon is back with its weekly fashion segment- Moonwalk! With international pop sensation Katy Perry’s welcome party to various promotional events, this week was surely a sartorial inspiration for one and all.

DEEPVEER A.K.A DEEPIKA PADUKONE AND RANVEER SINGH

Just like their wedding, power couple Ranveer and Deepika celebrated their first wedding anniversary decked up in a Sabyasachi creation and may we say, they looked ravishing as ever. Deepika being a perfect ‘Sindhi bahu, revamped her wedding trousseau for her anniversary and inspired all the new brides on how to look beautiful on your anniversary without actually buying new clothes!

To seek Lord Venkateshwara’s blessings, she wore the same Benarasi Sabya saree which was given to her by husband Ranveer’s parents. Gold temple jewellery was the perfect shringaar to go with this look. With muted glam and a classic bun, she stole our breath away. That sindoor just accentuated her saree-clad look furthermore. Ranveer slayed us in a kurta-churidaar and Nehru jacket set from the designer’s collection.

While visiting the Golden temple, Deepika wore the same Sabyasachi suit which she donned for her Sangeet ceremony last year. Her intricately detailed kurta and dhoti pants were paired with an encrusted choker necklace and beautiful kadas. Not just her outfit, Deepika also repeated the same custom made Louboutin juttis from her reception.

While promoting her upcoming film, Pagalpanti, Kriti served us some juicy looks to sink our teeth into…

Styled by Anisha Jain, Kriti was ready to slay in these chic co-ords by Papa Don’t Preach. Chunky gold earrings and pointy pumps rounded off her attire.

Kharbanda was dressed to kill in this faux jumpsuit from Sameer Madan teamed up with metallic Zara pumps. Smokey eyes, muted glam and wavy curls accentuated her look.

Styled by Lakshmi Lehr, Alia added some splashy colours to our weekend with her vibrant outfits…

Alia made us stop and stare with her bold-hued number from Prabal Gurung. She teamed up her white floral blazer with tangy bell bottoms and a chic black bralette. Subtle glam and beach wave curls gave justice to her beauty.

For another appearance, Bhatt donned a plaid blazer and hot shorts from label Roberta Einer. The fringes on the cuffs and tassels on the shorts added an element of drama to her checkered attire. Soft glam and tousled curls added finishing touches to her look.

Styled by Allia Al Rufai, Anushka looked drop-dead gorgeous in an extravagantly dramatic number from Sonam Parmar Jhawar. Her billowy sleeved dress was paired with a statement-making wristwatch. Shimmer eyes, nude lips and poker-straight tresses accentuated her power look!

The Arora sisters grabbed some serious attention at the soiree with their sexy looks.

Styled by Tanya Ghavri, Malla made us stop and stare with her extravagantly ruffled Giambattista Valli couture that featured a dramatic long train. Layered pearl necklace from H Craft Fine Jewellery accentuated her plunging neckline. Sleek and transparent Christian Louboutin heels rounded off her overall attire. She went high on glam with bold red lips, filled-in brows, blushed cheeks and shimmery eyes. A classy messy bun gave finishing touches to her look.

Amrita, on the other hand, dazzled in a shiny Dolly J couture that bore an off-shoulder and a risqué slit. Blushed cheeks with oodles of highlighter and pink pout added glamour to her look.

Making a smashing debut on our list is the South superstar Vijay Deverakonda with his ‘attention-grabbing’ look. Yes, he legit paired his striped blazer and shirt from NM Design studio with SHORTS! Well, that’s something now… After Ranveer, it is he who have pulled off a shorts look better.

Styled by Chandini Whabi, Ileana made us stop and stare in a custom made bespoke 3 piece suit by Nauman Piyarji. Dazzling danglers from Irasva accentuated the look of her striped attire.

For his appearance at an award event, Shahid showed up in a printed suit by Sahil Aneja. Studded and shiny Shutiq shoes, added on the glam affair of his look!

Styled by Tanima Khosla, Sophie was a ravishing vision to behold in a duchess satin high slit gown teamed up with a detachable metallic corset by Swapnil Shinde. In the beauty department, she opted for a radiant glam with oodles of highlighter, shimmery eyes and a pink nude pout. Soft and wavy curls rounded off her look.

Divya’s uber-chic look in Papa Don’t Preach was too good to miss. Strappy Jimmy Choo heels accentuated her look furthermore. With winged eyes, red lips and soft straight tresses, she was good to go!

Styled yet again by Chandni, Jacqueline added to the bling affair of the night with her silver and black full-length gown from Alina Anwar Couture’s latest collection. Her asymmetrical number was paired with dazzling diamonds from Mahesh Notandass FineJewellery and sleek Manolo Blahnik heels. Blended smokey eyes, nude pout and soft romantic curls rounded off her look.

It was a bittersweet week for our beloved Jacquie as she looked fab in one look while drab in another!

Well, it’s not just Jacquie who had a bittersweet week. Joining Fernandez we have Kiara who nailed one look while failed in another…

Styled by Maneka Harisinghani, Advani’s blingy Nicolas Jebran number hit us right in the feels. The plunging neckline, the risqué slit…everything was just perfect about this look. The radiant glam and wild curls added just the right element of glamour in her look.

We are not a fan of this look though!
